Information
Options For CD:
The collection is available on CD or via
an FTP gateway.
- For USA buyers, the CD(s) will be mailed via First
Class mail with delivery confirmation, shipping is free. International buyers will be charged for shipping.
Shipping will occur within 24 hours of payment being
received and cleared. I ship Monday through Saturday,
except for National Holidays.
- For FTP, a user id and password
will be e-mailed within 24 hours of a payment
clearing. You will then have to sign on to the FTP gateway
and retrieve your CD. The CD transfer can take from 2 to 9
hours to complete. This time frame is dependent upon
Internet traffic and the speed of your Internet connection.
Specific instructions for the FTP process will be provided
upon receipt of the payment. Special software is not
required if your PC is Windows 2000, XP or Vista. If your
PC does not meet this requirement, you may need an FTP
client. There are many free FTP options available for
download. If you are hesitant as to which one to select,

I'll try and help you out. Please verify that your
PC will support FTP prior to
purchase.
Cut Outs Shipping:
The Cut Outs will be emailed within 24
hours of the payment being received and cleared. The Cut
Outs will be sent to the email address associated to the PayPal
account.
Payment:
Payment must be made via PayPal. If
you're not a PayPal member signup is easy and provides you with
the ability to pay via a bank transfer, e-check or credit
card.

Include in your e-mail which volumes you would like to purchase
and whether you prefer the CD or FTP option. I
will then send you a PayPal invoice.
Returns/Refunds
FTP purchases:
If the images have
NOT been downloaded a full refund will be
provided. If the images have been downloaded a refund is
not available.
Cut Out and CD purchases:
Because of the nature of this item,
refunds are not available. If the CD is damaged in shipping
a replacement CD will be shipped as soon as the damaged CD
has been returned.
